Sammy Motor showcases small pumps for liquid cooling systems

Samio Motor Co., Ltd. exhibited two types of small-sized pump development products for liquid-cooled systems that use liquids that dissipate heat from home appliances. One is a thin 8.3-mm-thick pump, the other is a flow of 1.2L / min cycloid pump (TrochoidPump). Thin pumps envisage liquid cooling systems for personal computers. When the flow rate is 600 mL / min, the pressure is about 10 kPa, and the flow rate force characteristics are good. Life expectancy extended from the original thousands of hours to 5 years (4000 hours or so). However, details such as the type of pump were not announced. Overall dimensions of 50mm × 50mm × 8.3mm. The goal is mass production in 2008. The cycloidal pumps are mainly intended for liquid-cooled systems that require more flow than thin-type pumps, such as liquid-cooled systems for large-scale installations using LEDs. Overall dimensions of 50mm × 50mm × 30mm, compared with the same size of the original product, the flow rate of about 2 times. The target is mass production after the spring of 2008, and is currently measuring specific data.

The automatic welding machine is designed to weld film/membrane, including HDPE LDPE,PVC, EVA Geomembrane, Composite Geomembrane.

Small light, easy to operate. it can be adjusted to accommodate the different thickness
to make the welding stronger, avoid leakage.

This machine is more suited to fast welding of large areas, such as landfill, pond liner, mining dam bottom liner welder.
