National Vocational Skills Appraisers Evaluation Training and Abrasives National Vocational Standards Review Meeting Held in Xinyang

The National Vocational Skills Appraisers Training and Abrasives National Vocational Standards Review Conference, sponsored by the Machinery Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Center and held by the Abrasives Industry Center, was held in Xinyang, Henan from November 15th to 18th, 2008. Deputy Director Shi Zhongguang and Assistant Director Sun Wei as the main lecturer of the Mechanical Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Center conducted training on 42 students from all over the country on the 15th and 16th. The textbooks include "National Vocational Skills Identification Course" and "Mechanical Industry". Two books on the compilation of professional skills identification documents. On the afternoon of the 16th, the examinations were held in the afternoon. Among them, 16 were in the advanced examinations, 20 were in the examinations, and 11 were in the examinations. Some of the participants took the exams of the assessors or senior assessors and also took the exams of the managers. The 42 students were from Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute, Baige Abrasives Co., Ltd., Henan University of Technology, Zhengzhou Gaoxin Superhard Material Incubator Co., Ltd., Nanyang Zhongnan Diamond Co., Ltd., Henan Huanghe Cyclone Co., Ltd., Fujian Wan Dragon Diamond Tools Co., Ltd., Boshen Tools Co., Ltd., Guangdong Benlang Superhard Materials Co., Ltd., Suzhou Far East Grinding Wheel Co., Ltd., Shandong Luxin High-tech Industry Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Fengtai Diamond Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Yu Hair Abrasive Co., Ltd. and the mechanical industry occupational skills appraisal Abrasives industry sub-center 14 units. Among the trainees, Liu Mingyao, deputy director of Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute, Li Zhihong, director of the abrasive industry of the mechanical industry, and Wang Yuchang, chief engineer of Huanghe Cyclone Co., Ltd., and Fujian Wanlong Diamond Tools Co., Ltd. Deputy General Manager Huang Yingxiang and other leaders, as well as the human resources department leaders and technical departments, workshop engineering and technical personnel from various enterprises. Through the training exams, most of the students will obtain the qualification certificates of senior appraisers, appraisers or managers issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. This will be the basic guarantee for the abrasive tool industry to carry out the vocational skills appraisal as soon as possible. The first group of examiners and managers will contribute to the selection of highly skilled personnel for the abrasives industry.
Because the participants in the training are not the corporate leaders or the main backbone of the enterprise, the meeting period cannot be too long. It takes too much time to study the two textbooks in one and a half days. The students are not only very serious in class, but also carefully read books after dinner and at night. Asking questions, learning is extremely tight. The examination paper consists of two volumes: the Human Resources and Social Security Department and the Mechanical Industry Vocational Skills Identification Center. The examination questions are large and the examination time is short. It is a high-intensity training for these years of corporate leadership and backbone. The good news is that after the exam, the students generally feel that the papers are not bad, and the possibility of passing is very high.
The standard review meeting on the 17th and 18th was also extremely tense. On the morning of the 17th, more than an hour was spent. Li Zhihong, director of the sub-center, and the deputy director of the center, Shi Zhongguang, concentrated on the problems in the standard draft, and then reviewed the experts into superhard abrasives, corundum abrasives, ordinary abrasives, and superhard grinding. The five teams with and coated abrasives began a standard review that was still extremely tight. Deputy Director Shi Zhongguang, Assistant Director Sun Wei and Director of Zhu Qiang Standards participated in the review of each group. Because everyone thinks that this is the first national vocational skill standard in the abrasives industry, it is a major event for the industry, the selection of high-skilled talents for the country, and the promotion of good and fast development of the industry. Moreover, the promulgation of standards means that we have completed one. National-level projects will be of great benefit to the drafting unit and the reviewer himself, so the work is particularly hard and painful. Experts from the standard framework structure to the beginning, middle, senior workers, technicians, senior technicians, every word of the professional standards have been repeatedly negotiated and carefully scrutinized to ensure the quality and level of standards. Due to the tight schedule and heavy tasks, the review will never rest in the middle. Even the meal needs to be repeatedly urged. Some groups work until late at night, and the spirit is moving and admiring! But even with this work, some standards have not been reviewed. Because the review experts are all business leaders and backbones, they can't leave the company for too long; the cost of meeting review is too high. After consultation, the unfinished standards were brought back by experts to continue the review. The results of the review were reported to the sub-center in mid-December, and the sub-centers consolidated and tried to report to the center for re-trial at the end of December.
Four days of intense and busy assessor training and exams and standards review meetings were successfully concluded after completing the scheduled agenda.
The duration of the meeting, plus the high cost of training, the conference fee for the representative can not cover all expenses, the sub-center accepted the sponsorship fee of Nanyang Zhongnan Diamond Co., Ltd. and Fujian Wanlong Diamond Tools Co., Ltd.
