The alloy is mainly used chromium and molybdenum solid solution strengthening of the higher amount of an iron-nickel-based superalloy, has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance, below 900 ºC have moderate lasting and creep strength, cold, good hot forming and welding performance. For the manufacture of aero-engine combustion chamber components and other high temperature components, the following 900 ºC long-term use, short-time working temperature of 1080 ºC.

Properties:
1.The alloy has good cold, heat processing performance, forging heating temperature of 1170 ºC.
2.The average grain size and the degree of deformation of the alloy forging, the final forging temperature are closely related.
3.Welding alloys have satisfactory performance, can be welding, seam welding, spot welding and other welding methods.
4.The alloy can be added directly warmed to a maximum operating temperature of the furnace. After the incubation time necessary to immediately released, processing to the designated specifications. If the metal temperature to minimize the following processing temperature needs to be heated again.
5.Adhesion than the surface oxides and flux residue around the weld alloy stainless steel is stronger, or recommend the use of fine grain belt of fine grain grinding wheel.

Packing:
Standard export packing, seaworthy packing, bundles, plastic bag, woven bag, wooden cases, plywood case, iron case, or as per customer require.

Payment: 
Usually 30% of the amount by T/T as deposit , and the balance money shall be paid by T/T after got the faxed B/L.Or L/C at sight .
