Second grade: aluminum-manganese alloy, the material strength and stiffness is slightly better than aluminum-magnesium alloy. However, the antioxidant capacity is slightly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloy. For example, the protective treatment on both sides basically solves the problem that its anti-oxidation ability is not as good as that of aluminum-magnesium alloy. The aluminum processing performance of the domestic Ruiqi aluminum industry is the most stable.

Third grade: aluminum alloy, the alloy has less manganese and magnesium. Therefore, its strength and stiffness are significantly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloy and aluminum-manganese alloy. Because it is soft and easy to process, as long as it reaches a certain thickness, it can basically meet the most basic flatness requirements of smallpox. However, its antioxidant capacity is significantly inferior to that of aluminum-magnesium alloys and aluminum-manganese alloys. Moreover, it is easily deformed during processing, transportation and installation.

Fourth grade: ordinary aluminum alloy, the mechanical properties of this material is not stable.

Fifth grade: The raw material of this board is an aluminum processing plant that dissolves the aluminum ingot into an aluminum plate and does not control the chemical composition at all. Due to the uncontrolled chemical composition, the properties of these materials are extremely unstable, resulting in severe surface irregularities, product deformation, and oxidation.

From the above classifications of raw materials, it is not difficult to analyze the quality assurance of each type of ceiling molding. The best aluminum gussets, their main raw materials are aluminum-magnesium alloy sheets from Southwest Aluminum and aluminum-manganese alloy sheets from Ruiqi Aluminum. Now many people think that the thicker the plate is, the analysis of several raw materials can be known. If it is the same raw material, the thicker the plate, the better, but if it is the fifth grade plate, there is no thicker. In addition, in the surface treatment, some manufacturers' raw materials have not reached a certain thickness, but in order to pursue the thickness, in the surface treatment, a layer of paint is sprayed. Ordinary consumers can't have a good understanding of the original board material when buying aluminum gussets. The easiest way is to feel the strength and hardness of the aluminum sheet by hand.
