In the production process, due to the high moisture content of the raw materials, the failure of the drying or cooling system, the average moisture of the finished product exceeds the standard, and the phenomenon of mildew in the early stage of the feed is generally less, because the average moisture of the finished product will be treated if it exceeds the standard after the test. Will not flow into the market. (If the production and quality control departments are not well controlled, this problem will occur.) However, in the small batch production process, the granulation temperature has not been adjusted to normal, and the granulation is completed; the temperature of the particles leaving the ring mold Low, the temperature inside the cooler is also low, the activity of water molecules in the feed is weak, and it is not easy to emit. In addition, the material layer in the cooler is thin, the resistance of the air flow is small, and the temperature of the feed is quickly lowered to room temperature when it is cooled, but the moisture does not emanate, causing the water to exceed the standard. This phenomenon is prone to occur in the rainy weather in winter or early spring and autumn. Reworking this material (under conditions of low temperature and high humidity), if it is not matched with low-moisture raw materials or increased batch size, it is difficult to reduce the water to a qualified level. In the case of such a situation, some factories had to make concessions to receive, and such materials were prone to mildew and deterioration after a long period of inventory. The solution can be started from several aspects:
(1) Control the moisture of raw materials (the raw material moisture after mixing is 12%-14% in summer and 10%-11.5% in winter).
(2), to enlarge the production batch, to determine the minimum safe production batch according to the granulator and cooler of different specifications, the minimum safe production batch for the granulator is the amount of granulation after the quenching and tempering temperature reaches normal. It is less than 25% of the total amount of the batch (and the pellets before the quenching temperature does not reach 50 °C); the smallest safe production batch for the cooler is that the batch is to be reached in the cooler. More than 60% of capacity.
(3) Before the granulator starts, drain the water condensed in the steam pipe; and always check whether the pipeline's water delivery valve is normal.
(4) By adjusting equipment and process parameters such as conditioner heat preservation, increasing steam saturation, increasing quenching and tempering temperature, and controlling the amount of granulator feed to prolong the time of the particles in the ring die hole (to increase the particle leaving the ring die) The temperature of the cooler, the height of the cooler, and the selection of a reasonable damper opening can control the moisture of the finished product within a certain range.
