2. Matters needing attention when disassembling
a. Be careful when disassembling the mechanical seal; do not use the hand hammer and the flat shovel; prevent damage to the sealing element. When the scale is not disassembled; it should be cleaned and then disassembled.

1. Preparation before starting and matters needing attention

2. Equipment and outage
a. Before starting, the liquid in the sealed chamber should be filled. When transporting the condensed medium, use the steam to heat the sealed chamber to melt the medium. It is necessary to drive the vehicle before starting; to prevent the soft ring from breaking.
b. Regarding the mechanical seal using the pump external sealing oil system; the oil sealing system should be started first. After the parking, the oil sealing system is finally stopped.
c. After the hot oil pump is stopped, the cooling water of the sealing oil chamber and the end face seal cannot be stopped immediately; the oil temperature of the end face seal should be reduced to below 80 degrees; the cooling water can be stopped; the sealing parts can be prevented from being damaged.

b. The operating pressure of the pump should be stable; the pressure should not be more than 1 kg/cm 2 .

d. The sealing condition should be checked frequently. During work; when the leakage exceeds the standard; the heavy oil is not more than 5 drops/min; the light oil is not more than 10/min; if there is no improvement trend within 2-3 days, the pump should be stopped. Sealing equipment.
