2014 Q2 raw materials manufacturers quarterly trend

Affected by the raw materials, such as rising raw materials, solder maker Daheng Technology has performed outstandingly in the second quarter of this year, and its revenue and profit have hit a record high. It is estimated that the revenue in the second half of the year is expected to exceed the same period of last year.

The company is the world's third largest manufacturer of electronic solder, second only to Japanese business owner, ACPHA. Its products include traditional solder paste, tin-plated copper tape, BUMPING solder paste and other major applications in electronic assembly services (EMS), notes Computer (NB), printed circuit board (PCB), integrated circuit (IC) packages and other process consumables. In recent years, solar module solder packaging products have also been actively developed. The stable growth of solder paste for SMT and the introduction of PV ribbons for solar packaging of new products are gaining momentum. Looking ahead, revenue from high-end products will continue to grow.

Ascend trade traditional solder paste shipped 6 million tons in the first half of this year, which is 13.20% higher than last year's 5.3 million tons. In terms of low-temperature solder paste and LED solid-state solder paste, there were also significant gains this year, with a total shipment of 1,100 tons last year, and shipments in the second half were better than those in the first half.

Another tin-plated copper belt used for photovoltaics shipped 600,000 shipments last year, but it reached 58 tons in the first half of this year, and received orders of 150,000 tons in July. The revenue performance in the second half of the year was significantly better than the first half. BUMPING solder paste, although accounting for the overall revenue of 0.75%, but the addition of SUBSTRACT customers in the third quarter of this year, this year is expected to exceed 1.06% revenue.

Evermore Technology's performance since 2009 has gradually increased. This year it is expected that consolidated revenue will be 10.2 billion yuan and net profit after tax will be 0.6 billion yuan. With the addition of new semiconductor customers and strong demand for global raw materials, the outlook is promising.
