The constant and rotor voltage ratio is an assessment index given in the technical conditions of three-phase asynchronous motor. The test to determine the ratio of the fixed-rotor voltage of a three-phase asynchronous motor with a wound rotor is also called the open-circuit rotor voltage measurement test. 1. Test method: Before the test is energized, in order to prevent the torque generated by the induced current in the rotor core during the energization to make the rotor rotate, the rotor should be blocked with an instrument in advance. Before plugging the rotor, you must first energize to see the direction of rotation of the rotor, and then install the card blocking device. For a motor with a smaller capacity, a high-strength wooden board can be used to support the key groove of the motor shaft.

2. Rotor voltage (nameplate data, commonly known as rotor opening voltage) refers to the rated voltage applied to the stator when the rotor is not rotating and the rotor winding is open, and the rotor winding induced voltage measured on the collector ring.

3. Through this test, check whether the stator, rotor winding turns, parallel paths, coil pitch and wiring are correct, whether the winding is short-circuited, whether the parallel branch turns are equal, and whether the three-phase winding is symmetrical. The ratio of the arithmetic mean value of the stator voltage to the rotor no-load voltage is calculated through experiments. The open circuit voltage ratio of the rotor winding is specified, and the line voltage ratio of the rotor should be in accordance with the nameplate; if you want to calculate the ratio of the stator and rotor phase voltage, you must also know whether the connection between the stator and rotor windings is Y or â–³.

Fourth, the rotor is blocked, the rotor winding is open, the stator is applied with a three-phase rated voltage, and the voltage value between each line of the rotor winding is measured on the rotor collector ring. For high-voltage motors, the test voltage can be reduced as long as the ratio is calculated. It is also possible to pass a voltage from the rotor side and measure the induced voltage on the stator side.
