If necessary, repeat the above method until it does not move. During the adjustment process, the roller is prevented from being skewed in different directions. In the adjustment process, in order to move the drum of the drum dryer upward, it is better to cast some lubricating oil on the surface of the roller to increase the surface friction ; otherwise, to make the cylinder slide down, it can be poured with some thick grease. , reduce surface friction. To adjust the roller, adjust the four rollers at the same time, and ensure that the wheel and the roller are not less than 50% of the contact surface.

At the same time, the profiled wear of the roller and the belt ( rolling ring ) is reduced, and the service life of the device is improved. However, wear is inevitable, need to be maintained frequently, maintain lubrication, and often observe the position of the roller, retaining wheel and bearing heat, timely adjustment and maintenance, in order to ensure the normal production.
