1. Prevent electric shock

● When energizing or the machine is running, do not touch any electrical components in the electrical cabinet and the console. Otherwise an electric shock will occur.

● Please do not check the line or replace the electrical components with power, otherwise you may get an electric shock or injury.

● Maintenance personnel with corresponding technical qualifications, and should be repaired in strict accordance with electrical maintenance technical requirements. In case of an accident.

2. Prevent fire

● The working materials used in the cutting machine are flammable gases such as acetylene, propane, liquefied gas and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically check whether the entire air circuit is sealed.

● Keep the air source part of the cutting machine away from open flames and place normal carbon dioxide or other corresponding fire extinguishing devices nearby.

● The operator should control it in time to adjust the fire to avoid fire.

3. Prevent damage

● When the cutting machine is running, pay attention to whether there are people or other objects in front to avoid injury.

● After each cut, the torch should be raised to the highest position to avoid hitting the steel plate and damaging the torch.

● Mechanical maintenance personnel should ensure that the machine is in a stopped state during maintenance. And put a warning sign to avoid a human accident caused by the sudden operation of the machine.

● When the machine is running for a long time, do not touch the heat sink and other heating devices on the module directly to avoid burns. ?

4. Operational precautions

(1) Check whether there is air leakage in the pipeline of the machine before starting the machine.

(2) Check whether there are obstacles on the working surface and the guide rail after starting the machine. If there are obstacles, it must be excluded.

(3) Operators are not allowed to leave their jobs at will, and non-operators are not allowed to start the machine at will.

(4) In the event of an emergency during operation, immediately press the red emergency stop switch to prevent accidents.

(5) When maintaining and maintaining the CNC, it is necessary to pay attention to the command and coordination of the special controller.

(6) Close all air valves before shutting down and put the remaining gas in the air path.

(7) If it is found that there is tempering in the pipeline, it is necessary to immediately cut off the electricity and shut off the gas. There should be a record of the malfunction of the machine.

(8) If a fault is found, there should be a fault record.

5. Other considerations

(1) Handling and installation

● Remove the controller before lifting and ensure that it is transported without excessive vibration.

● The cutting machine prevents impact and collision during lifting. And let the torch run to the proper position of the rack to maintain balance.

(2) External wiring and air pipe connection

● Power connection and air circuit arrangement should be strictly in accordance with the drawings, and the wire and air path should be of appropriate length.

● If equipped with a plasma power supply, it is necessary to strictly connect the electricity and gas according to the requirements of the plasma power supply manufacturer.

(3) Do not change the relevant parameters of the machine to avoid malfunction.

(4) The installation position of the cutting machine should be selected in the place of small impact vibration, and there should be no equipment with large vibration such as forging hammer and large press.

First, mechanical part maintenance

1. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck dust and dirt from the machine once a week. All electrical cabinets should be kept clean and dustproof.

2, each rail should be cleaned frequently, to eliminate dust and other debris, to ensure that the normal rack of equipment should be wiped regularly, add lubricant, to ensure lubrication and no debris.

Second, the gas circuit part of the maintenance

1, pneumatic system maintenance

a. Check the gas system frequently and find that the leaking and parts that cannot be used normally should be treated in time to ensure the smooth flow of the gas.

b. Always wipe off dust and debris from the air circuit to prevent premature aging of the air circuit.

2. Maintenance of the pressure reducing valve, adjust the pressure reducer, adjust the pressure gauge to the required pressure, and make the pressure from small to large during the adjustment process to ensure that the pressure reducer can be continuously adjusted. If the pressure cannot be continuously adjusted or the gas leaks from the safety valve, a new pressure reducer must be replaced. Fitting the parts of the gas pressure reducer yourself will result in equipment damage and even serious personal injury.
