In December 2003, new products produced by users using this technology passed the expert appraisal organized by China Packaging Corporation. Under the existing production conditions of the company, the application of this technology can significantly improve the product quality, expand the scope of application of the product, increase the added value of the product, and have good economic and promotional value. Through trials and trial production, this study can be applied to scale production and can guarantee the stability of product quality. The technology uses 5-7 colors 200-350lpi printing proofs and customer products, compared with conventional four-color 175lpi printing proofs and products, the image sharpness is obviously improved, the fine level is improved, and the visual roughness caused by the rose spots after overprinting is significantly weakened. The printing color gamut has been significantly increased, the range of tone adjustments has increased, the printing colors have become brighter and more saturated, and the levels have become more abundant, with a stronger sense of three-dimensionality. High-definition and high-fidelity technologies and products can reduce the use of spot color ink under certain conditions, and have a good anti-counterfeiting effect in the printed iron industry.
