Ezhou Municipal Government Coordinates Construction of Ezhou Section of Natural Gas Pipeline in Huangda Line

On October 12, the Ezhou City Government held a coordination mobilization meeting to support the construction of the Ezhou section of the “Yellow Line” natural gas pipeline to study and solve the difficulties and problems faced by the project and mobilize the area along the line, the township, and the relevant departments to support the project construction. Liu Liyong, Standing Committee Member of the Ezhou Municipal Committee and Deputy Mayor of the City, attended the meeting.

The “Yellow Line” natural gas pipeline started in Huanggang and ended in Daye, passing through the city of Ezhou. The north of the pipeline is connected with the second line of “West-East Gas Transmission” of the Huanggang Crossing and the south is connected with the pipeline of Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline passing through Daye. After the “Yellow Line” is completed, the daily supply of Ezhou City will increase from 700,000 square meters per day to 700,000 square meters, greatly enhancing the city's natural gas supply support capacity. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the “Huang Da Line” Ezhou section, the Ezhou municipal government has included the project in this year’s municipal government’s “ten practical issues” and listed it as a municipal-level key construction project. At present, the preparatory work for the project is ready and construction will begin soon.
