Abstract : Straw briquetting feed refers to high-density block feed which is made by mechanically cutting or smashing straw, mixing necessary nutrients and rolling through high temperature and high pressure.
Straw briquetting feed refers to high-density block feed which is made by mechanically cutting or smashing straw, mixing necessary nutrients, and rolling through high temperature and high pressure.
Process: 1 straw collection and treatment. The main straw used for briquetting feed production, the preferred legume straw, followed by the grass straw. It should be ensured that the straw is not mildewed. After collection, the humidity of the straw is controlled to be within 20% (optimally 16% to 18%) by drying, chopping or smashing, and the length of the chopping is 30 to 50 cm. Then, after stacking (12 to 24 hours), the humidity of each part of the raw material is uniform. Finally, the vibration is removed by vibration. 2 fermentation treatment. The pulverized straw can be fermented before the compaction (if fermentation, the straw stacking back link can be omitted) to improve its nutrient level. 3 Add nutrients. In order to allow the briquetting feed to be fed directly after the water is released, sufficient nutrients can be added before the briquetting to make it a full-price nutrient feed. 4 rolling block press block. 5 Cool and dry. The straw feed block extruded from the die of the rolling mill has a high temperature and a large humidity, and can be rapidly cooled by an air cooler to reduce the moisture in the briquetting feed. In order to ensure the quality of the finished product, the cooled briquettes must be air-dried and continue to reduce the moisture content for long-term storage. 6 bagging, storage. The finished briquettes are packaged according to requirements, stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and regularly turned over to check for temperature rise to prevent mildew.
