This paper introduces the application of power monitoring system in heavy industry factories through the construction of power monitoring system for data center computer room construction project of China First Automobile Group Corporation.

1 Project overview and construction goals

2 Design of power monitoring system

In addition, the power monitoring system can also generate statistical information such as reports and graphs, which is convenient for the relevant personnel to analyze the power consumption status of various parts in the plant, so that the electricity activities in the plant are safer, thus ensuring the safety of the personnel in the plant and improving the business. 2.1 System Structure

According to the distribution of power distribution in new shopping malls, the online monitoring system construction adopts a layered and distributed structure. The acrel PZ42L-E4 electric energy meter is configured on site to realize the three-phase current, three-phase voltage, frequency, power, four-quadrant electric energy and other electrical parameters monitoring of the low-voltage circuit; and the closing state of each circuit breaker is monitored.

2.2 Network Design
