New Progress Made in Non-Fluoride Ion Conducting Membrane for Flow Cells in Dalian Institute of Chemicals

Recently, the research team led by Zhang Huamin, a researcher of the Department of Energy Storage Technology (DNL17) of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has made new progress in non-fluorinated ion conducting membrane research for flow batteries. The team built a cross-linked network inside the non-fluorinated ion conductive membrane, greatly improved the selectivity and stability of non-fluorinated ion conductive membranes in the flow battery operating environment, and provided the development of high-performance non-fluorinated ion conductive membranes.
