(3) Test results of low temperature resistance test Our products are distributed all over the country. In the cold regions of northern China, the temperature in winter is very low. (4) Test results of compatibility with ethylene-propylene rubber The sre gas is widely used in our products to seal the sre gas. Ethylene-propylene rubber has excellent aging resistance, electrical insulation properties, impact elasticity and chemical resistance. It is worth noting that ethylene-propylene rubber has good resistance to various polar chemicals and acids and bases, and its performance changes little after prolonged contact; however, resistance to hydrocarbon oils is poor. If the ethylene-propylene rubber ring swells in the sealing grease and the volume increases, it will affect or change the hardness, strength, elasticity and wear resistance of the ethylene-propylene rubber ring, and the change of these properties and the volume increase rate have certain ratio. If the swelling is too large, it may be accompanied by certain chemical changes, such as dissolution or interaction of certain chemical components of the material, or cracks and surface embrittlement. In this case, the ethylene-propylene rubber ring is incompatible with the sealing grease. Therefore, the sealing grease as an auxiliary sealing material, its compatibility with ethylene-propylene rubber, will directly determine whether the ethylene-propylene rubber ring is aged and deteriorated in a short time, and eventually lead to seal failure. We immersed the ethylene propylene rubber actually used in the product in sealing grease at room temperature for 168 hours. The weight and volume changes before and after immersion are shown in Table 5.

In order to evaluate the ability of different sealing greases to resist the corrosion of SF6 gas arc decomposition products (mainly HF), we put hydrofluoric acid in a sealed container at a ratio of one milliliter of hydrofluoric acid per liter volume, and seal grease coating. 4 Analysis and evaluation of the comprehensive performance of the selected sealing grease From the above test results, it can be seen that the aging resistance, low temperature resistance and SP6 gas arc resistance of the three sealing greases of 7017-1, 68-41 and 7501 The corrosion properties of the decomposition products and compatibility with ethylene-propylene rubber are among the best among the selected six kinds of greases, especially 7017-1 grease, which has excellent resistance to SF6 gas arc decomposition and corrosion; 7903 seal lubrication In addition to low temperature performance, the grease can meet the requirements of use; 2 and 7026 two kinds of sealing greases have better aging resistance, corrosion resistance of SF6 gas and gas arc decomposition products and ethylene propylene.
