A total of more than 30 representatives from the national, provincial and municipal waterproof associations and some representatives of the waterproofing companies attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Sun Qingxiang, Director-General of the Friendship Association. Zhao Guanghe, chairman of the rotating construction professional committee of the Architectural Society of Shandong Province, who was the rotating chairman of the conference, delivered a welcome speech to the conference delegates.
Director General Sun Qingxiang first summarized the work of the sodality in the past year. In the past year, the Association has mainly engaged in three major events: first, assisting the China Architectural Waterproofing Material Industry Association in the selection of the well-known brands in the waterproof material industry; local associations review and check the participating units in the jurisdiction; second, participation in China. The drafting work of China's building waterproof development strategy during the 11th Five-Year Plan period was under the responsibility of the Architectural Waterproofing Material Industry Association. Based on the local conditions, it actively provided comments and suggestions for amendments. Third, the associations actively explored and made the work of the association constantly pioneering and innovative.
Zhu Dongqing, secretary-general of China Construction Waterproof Material Industry Association, briefed the delegates about the industry in the near-term. Since the beginning of this year, due to the substantial price increase of raw materials, the loss of the waterproof material industry has increased. Since the summit in June this year, the prices of waterproof materials have been adjusted to varying degrees. This kind of price adjustment due to rising prices of raw materials is expected to form a mechanism to maintain the price dynamics of waterproof materials at a reasonable price. . In the past year, new technologies have emerged in the waterproof industry, such as the increasingly mature anti-sticking material construction method, the application of single-layer roof fixing technology, the promotion of polyurea spraying technology, the development and application of planting roofing technology and supporting materials, etc. Corresponding material standards and construction specifications have been formulated and revised. Since last year, a series of new industrial policies have been promulgated. For example, a 2 million m2 modified bitumen membrane production line will be phased out this year. Through the corresponding amendments to the implementation rules for coil production licenses, there will be higher requirements for declared enterprises next year; The State Administration of Taxation has promulgated regulations for waterproof material production and construction companies not to repeat the taxation; the five ministries and commissions issued a document to adjust the provisions on the export tax rebate rate will have a major impact on the export of waterproof products; the national provisions on energy conservation and urban construction for the waterproof industry Seeking development provides a vast space. Finally, Secretary General Zhu introduced the preparations for the 2006 China Construction Waterproof Materials Industry Association Annual Conference, Technology and Market Seminar and International Exhibition.
Xu Jianyue, president of China Construction Waterproofing Magazine, briefed the participants on the preparation of the National Waterproof Materials Engineering Application Survey. To dynamically master the application of China's waterproof materials in the project, analyze the status and trends of the development of waterproof materials for the industry industry. Based on structural adjustment, the China Construction Waterproofing Material Industry Association, China Construction Industry Association Construction Waterproofing Division, and China Architectural Society Waterproofing Technical Committee jointly issued a document on September 20, 2006 to investigate the application of waterproof material projects across the country. It was undertaken by China Construction Waterproofing magazine. President Xu briefed the delegates on the identification of the investigation objects, the content of the investigation, the steps and schedule of the implementation, and mobilized local associations to actively participate in the public welfare activities of the industry and enable the investigation of the project. It has become the first fruitful joint operation since the founding of the Association.
Liu Da, Secretary-General of the Yunnan Waterproofing Association, briefed the participants on the development of construction waterproofing projects in the province. Liu Youmin, secretary-general of the Zhejiang Waterproof Materials Industry Association, described the association's cooperation with the competent government authorities in investigating the situation of production licenses without waterproofing membranes. Xia Liangqiang, general manager of Yantai Assimilation Waterproof & Heat Insulation Engineering Co., Ltd. was invited to inform the participants about the preparation of the technical standard for the national standard rigid foam polyurethane insulation and waterproof engineering.
In the afternoon's work exchange, the support organization of the Association, Wang Cuifen, Secretary General of the Technical Committee of the Waterproofing Technical Committee of the Chinese Architectural Association, introduced the experience of the conference: highlighting the technical characteristics of the professional society, focusing on popularizing waterproof knowledge and carrying out project leakage management; The waterproof technology network will deliver information more quickly and serve members. In response to membership requirements, it will increase the frequency of national seminars and promote the application of new technologies. The Waterproofing Associations have introduced their respective characteristics and experiences: The Beijing Urban Construction Promotion Association relied on local governments to formulate standards for new products and new technologies, carry out certification of project plans, and promote the improvement of the quality of waterproof projects in Beijing; The Waterproofing Committee of the Building Materials Association established a statistical reporting system for waterproof materials to dynamically grasp the current status of the development of waterproof materials in Tianjin; Hubei Construction Waterproof Material Industry Association relied on key enterprises to carry out its work and had received strong support from the local government to become a place with independent legal personality. Through this conference, the members of the Association passed information and exchanged experiences. After discussion, it was clarified that the work of the Association in 2007 focused on implementing the country’s new industrial policies, focusing on technological innovation, and promoting the upgrading of industries in the region. In 2007, the Fellowship will further communicate with members of the Waterproofing Corporation through further communication among member companies and further improve the quality of service for members.
