General requirements 1. All surfaces of steel components (except bearings, stainless steel, polishing parts and parts used in concrete) should be protected against corrosion. Anti-corrosion measures include oxidation, electroplating, spray paint and other anti-corrosion treatment.
2. There should be drawings, inspection specifications, installation and operation instructions that can guide production.
3. The functions of the anti-theft safe, including installation, door opening and locking, password replacement, use of additional devices, and undervoltage indication, shall comply with the requirements of this standard and the product instructions.
4. Dimensional deviation shall comply with the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2 5. Anti-theft safes with cabinet height no more than 600mm, outer surface flatness no greater than 4mm; cabinet height greater than 600mm anti-theft safe, external surface flatness is not More than 6mm.
6. The coating on the surface of the part should be uniform and the exposed part must not have obvious defects such as focal spot, blistering, peeling, and scratches. Should be able to press GB/T10125, subjected to 24h neutral salt spray test, and according to GB/T6461 determine that the cathodic cover is not less than 5; according to GB/T12335 determine that the anode coating is not lower than the F4 level.
7. The paint film (or spray film) on the external surface of the cabinet shall be uniform in color and shall not have obvious defects such as cracks, bubbles, and spots. Samples made by the same process are not lower than Class 5 measured by the adhesion test of GB/T1720 paint film.
Structural requirements 1. The steel used in the anti-theft safe shall have a tensile strength limit of not less than 345 MPa.
2. The cabinet body can be cast or plate assembled welded structure. The tensile strength of the weld should not be lower than the tensile strength of the parent material. If the plate thickness reaches 25mm, the continuous weld depth should not be less than 6mm. When using other materials and processes, full consideration should be given to the anti-tampering requirements of this type of anti-theft safe.
3. When the quality of Class A and Class B anti-theft safes is less than 340kg, they shall be equipped with fixing parts and there shall be instructions for the installation of anti-theft safes on concrete, in larger safes, or in the room.
4. The quality of Class C anti-theft safes should not be less than 450kg.
5. There should be no direct access to the cabinet between the door and the door frame. The maximum gap between the door and the door frame shall comply with the relevant regulations.
