The installation process is as follows:
(1) Line embedded According to the customer's requirements, the position of the chassis is set well. If the concrete foundation needs to be poured, it can be completed in advance (the size of the base is about 100-150mm more than the size of the bottom of the barrier), and the position of the chassis is fixed. The center points to the control room or guard booth to pre-embed or excavate the cable trenches, bury the conduits, penetrate the 3X1.5 square millimeter power cables and 4X0.5 square millimeter control wires used in the equipment, and then fill the concrete after confirming the errors.
(2) Fix the chassis Put the chassis in a fixed position, open the door of the chassis, and loosen the wing nut that secures the hat (put the door and cap of the chassis carefully, avoiding scratches on the surface). Then, mark the center of the screw hole of the chassis bottom and the edge of the chassis base, remove the barrier, and use the drill to make a vertical hole on the marked screw hole (the bit size must match that of the expansion bolt equipped with the device), The depth must meet the length of the expansion screw. Move the chassis to its original position, insert the expansion screw, and fasten firmly.
(3) Mounting of the gate rod After the channel gate chassis is fixedly secured, the gate rod can be installed at the handlebar position and tightened with the provided screws, and it is determined that the gate rod is not inclined. If you need to install the fork rod, after adjusting the vertical and horizontal state, manually swing the brake rod to the horizontal position, confirm the installation position of the fork rod at the end of the rod, and fix the fork rod firmly with the screw (there is no need to install without the fork rod ).
(4) Peripheral equipment installation Channel gate is firmly installed, and after commissioning is completed, according to the customer's needs, according to the gate control board wiring diagram to connect the control circuit of the chassis circuit and related peripheral equipment, and related debugging.
