First, the bearing box device:

Second, the device should pay attention to:
1. When the linear bearing is installed in the bearing seat; auxiliary work should be used; prevent the end face or seal ring from being directly tapped; the bearing should be evenly introduced; use the buffer plate; by gently tapping and loading.
2. Pass the optical axis into the linear bearing; the center line of the shaft and the bearing must be in a straight line. If the shaft is twisted, the ball may fall; or the cage may be deformed; and the linear bearing may be damaged.
3. The applied load should be evenly distributed over the entire bearing; especially when receiving the load when 霎; two or more bearings should be used. The linear bearing does not accept the rotating load; otherwise it can cause accidents.
