This sampling involves a total of 50 batches of 16 brands.
The unqualified batches of goods are: 炻 tiles of Hangzhou Nobel Group Co., Ltd., the model specifications are 150mm×150mm×8.5mm (with glazed wall tiles); the champion tiles of Xinyi Ceramics (China) Co., Ltd. 300mm × 300mm × 8mm (with glazed floor tiles). Both batches of tiles have water absorption rates that are not up to standard.
The relevant departments reminded that when purchasing ceramic tiles, consumers can tap the bricks to slam the air, and judge the brittleness of the bricks by the brittleness of the knocking sound. Generally speaking, the same type of brick, the crisper the sound, the better the quality; the brick with unsatisfactory strength, the knocking sound is very dumb.
Using two years of large pieces of off-the-shelf Nobel tiles is too "fragile"
In fact, it is not the first time that Nobel tiles have been “namedâ€. As early as 2013, Jinan citizens complained about it.
In April 2013, Ms. Yin, a citizen, told the news hotline that there was a problem with the Nobel ceramic tile she had purchased and the manufacturer had not repaired it. Mr. Wei, the head of the Nobel Jinan dealership, said that the staff will be sent to the door for maintenance on April 20. “The brand promotion is so good, I didn’t expect the product to be so weak.†Ms. Yin said that in 2010, she bought Nobel ceramic tiles in a home store and posted it on the wall of the balcony and bathroom. “From 2012 onwards, The tiles began to fall off, only a small part at the beginning, and then they fell down in large chunks. At that time, more than a dozen pieces fell off, and several times they almost injured their families."
In 2012, after the problem of ceramic tiles, Nobel manufacturers carried out on-site maintenance. In 2013, there was a problem with the tiles again. “There was a crack between the brick faces, but it didn’t start to fall, but I was worried about falling off and hurting people every day.†Ms. Yin then reported the matter to the manufacturer, but the other party has not been repaired.
At 16:30 on April 18th, 2013, Mr. Wei, the head of the Nobel Jinan dealership, said that after receiving the complaint from Ms. Yin, he had contacted the construction personnel, but I don’t know why I didn’t come to the door. “We are independent of the construction team. Operating, we are mainly responsible for sales.†He said that the manufacturer is only responsible for the after-sales maintenance of tile quality, and the construction team is responsible for the shedding.
