The paper machine parts (such as swing arm, frame, bearing seat) and the size of the holes and faces produced by our company are based on the V-shaped keyway. The tolerance of the position dimension is ±0.2mm, and the main dimensions of the keyway end face are shown in Figure 1. Positioning with the keyway as the reference during machining, calculated according to the depth of 15.5_0~(+0.1)mm. The groove displacement error caused by the reference can reach 0.1 mm. If the positioning key of the structure and the end face size shown in Fig. 2 is used, the reference positioning error can reach 0.17 mm due to the positioning key error of 0.043 mm and the lateral displacement caused by the T-slot matching of the machine tool up to 0.07 mm. In this way, it is easy to produce a position size super in the workpiece processing.
