Under the stable aluminum demand, dry aluminum fluoride production capacity is still increasing. In the short term, the price of aluminum fluoride may be difficult to support because the inventory of discontinued companies will continue to supply the market. The oversupply of market conditions will be difficult to break in the short term, and the price of aluminum fluoride will continue to weaken.

At present, the aluminum fluoride manufacturers operating rate is extremely low, the market is weak and stable. Following the stoppage of production capacity of fluoride companies in Hunan, Anhui, and Jiangxi, some enterprises in Henan and Shandong have also gradually reduced production or stopped production since September, in order to cope with the losses caused by the sharp decline in prices of dry aluminum fluoride.

The decline in the price of dry aluminum fluoride was affected by many factors. On the one hand, the price of dry powder of fluorite No. 97 in the upstream raw materials fell to around 1,500 yuan/ton, which was nearly 50% lower than the price of the same period last year; on the other hand, the current electrolytic aluminum The price is weak and aluminum companies are losing money, which lowers the purchase price of aluminum fluoride.
