The basic code of SKF bearings: all standard bearings of KF have specific fundamental types; generally there are three, four or five numbers; or the composition of letters and numbers. The first number or the first letter or combination of letters indicates the bearing Type, followed by two digits to determine the ISO scale series, the first digit represents the width or height series (scale B, T or H, respectively); the second digit represents the diameter series (scale D). The final two digits of the radical type It is the scale code of the bearing, multiplied by 5 to get the inner diameter in millimeters. However, there are some exceptions as follows:
1. In some cases; the number indicating the type of bearing and the first number indicating the series of scales are omitted. Example: 6(0)208-2Z (0)3209 A
2. For bearings with an inner diameter of 10 mm or more or 500 mm or more; the inner diameter is usually indicated directly in millimeters; it is not necessary to code. The dimensions and the rest of the bearing type are separated by diagonal lines; for example: 618/8 (d = 8 mm) or 618/ 530 MA (d = 530 mm).
3. Bearings with inner diameters of 10, 12, 15 and 17 mm are marked with the following dimensions: 00 = 10 mm 01 = 12 mm 02 = 15 mm 03 = 17 mm
4. For some smaller bearings with an inner diameter of less than 10 mm; for example, deep groove, self-aligning and angular touch ball bearings; the inner diameter is also indicated in millimeters (not necessarily code); however, it does not have to be separated by a diagonal line from the series type; for example 629 or 129 (d = 9 mm).
5. The inner diameter of the bearing that violates the inner diameter of the gauge is always without a code; it is indicated by a millimeter of up to three decimal places. The inner diameter mark is part of the radical type; it is separated from the underlying type by a slash; for example, 6202/15;875 (d = 15; 875 mm).
Class 0: Double row angular touch ball bearings (generally omitted) Example: (0)3204 A
Class 1: Self-aligning ball bearing example: 1201 ETN9
Class 2: Spherical Roller Bearing, Spherical Roller Thrust Bearing Example: 22209 E 29328 E
Category 3: Tapered roller bearing example: 32016 X/Q
Category 4: Double row deep groove ball bearing example: 4206 ATN9
Category 5: Thrust ball bearings example: 51100
Category 6: Deep groove ball bearing example: 6213-2Z
Category 7: Angle touch ball bearing example: 7305 BECBM
Class 8: Cylindrical Roller Thrust Bearing Example: 81111 TN
Class N: The second letter of a cylindrical roller bearing; sometimes the third letter; used to determine the flange layout; for example: NJ; NU; NUP; the type of double or multi-row cylindrical roller bearing is always NN .
Example: NU 2317 ECJ
Class C: CARB Bearing C 2205
QJ class: Four-point ball bearing example: QJ 217 MA.
It should be used under high temperature conditions; it can also be used to form low-speed heavy-duty, water-resistant, chemical-resistant mosaics.
