The bagged stone powder is being sent to the workshop through the closed conveyor belt. A worker sits in the operation room to control the switch, and the bag breaking machine quickly cuts the bagged stone powder. The stone powder is blown into the ash storage tank by high-pressure gas. Once the gate is opened, the stone powder is transported into the tanker, and the whole process is automatically carried out in a closed environment.

Shi Xiaoping Factory technician Zuo Xiaoping said: "This is the result of two equipment upgrades in our factory. It was only completed in January this year. The original production of stone powder was dusty, loud, and labor intensive, and it has physical and mental health for employees. Great impact."

There is no end to technological progress. Drilling Company II has been continuously researching and upgrading old equipment. The original stone grinding machine was eliminated, two broken bag machines were introduced, 12 stone powder tankers were modified, and the railway unloading station was extended. After the trial operation, it was re-engineered for problems such as large dust and insufficient storage of ash tanks, installation of telescopic conveyor belts, construction of two new ash storage tanks, installation of airtight devices and pneumatic pulse dust removal devices. After the transformation, the annual processing capacity of the stone powder factory reached 200,000 tons, and the full reserve increased to 1200 tons, which can meet the needs of the entire oilfield, and the automatic processing and transportation process, closed transportation, and a modern factory.

The two tanks can hold 40 tons of stone powder, which can meet the needs of one well.

"In the past, when you added it, you had to use a bag and a bag to add to the funnel. It was slow and tired. Now, as long as the gas line is connected, the stone powder is blown into the mud. One person can complete the previous 4 and 5 within 1 hour. Individuals, 3 or 4 hours of work, the average length of each well is shortened by 2-3 hours, and there is no dust." Drilling Du Nannan said with a smile.
