6, set the metering pump flow. Loosen the butterfly screw on the front of the metering pump to adjust the handwheel. Turn the handwheel to reduce the flow in the clockwise direction, and increase the flow in the counterclockwise direction. The calibrated value is the percentage of the maximum flow rate. The pump output that needs to be set is the maximum output, that is, the indicator should be set to 74.4% of the position on the scale board. The adjustment handwheel did not make one revolution and the adjustment amount was 25% of the total output. After the flow is set, tighten the wing nut to lock the adjustment handwheel.
7. Set the motor steering, close the power switch to control the power switch, air switch 1DK; press the main motor start button 1OA button, observe that the rotation direction of the rotor body should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow.
