Abstract : Through the automatic monitoring system of 7 archives in Jidong Oilfield, the structure, control process, communication mode and software platform of data acquisition and control system are expounded to realize constant temperature, constant humidity, fire prevention and anti-theft functions.

Foreword
--- Paper, tape, film, etc. stored in the corporate archives are important materials and need to be stored safely for a long time. These materials are easily damaged in high temperature and high humidity environments, so it is imperative to carry out environmental monitoring of the archives. Now with the continuous development of computer and network communication technology, the practicality and reliability of the environmental monitoring system are also constantly improved, and the human-machine interface is friendly, easy to manage, maintain and develop, which can meet the environmental monitoring requirements of the enterprise archives.

System Requirements --- The mission of the system is to automatically control the temperature and humidity of the seven archives in Jidong Oilfield, and to have anti-theft, fire and security alarms. A central air conditioner starts and stops at the time of commuting, and the cabinet air conditioner in each room serves as an auxiliary temperature adjustment. The humidifier humidifies the air when it is dry in winter, and the dehumidifier dehumidifies during the rainy season.

Implementation process
--- This system uses computer technology, communication technology, sensing technology and control technology, with real-time, special, convenient and active features. The entire monitoring system includes three parts: monitoring center, data communication, and remote data acquisition. The indoors are arranged according to the size of the space. The front end collects the temperature/humidity, smoke and infrared sensors for remote data collection. The environmental monitoring equipment transmits these data to the upper PC for judgment processing, display, statistics, alarm prompts, etc. When the limit is exceeded, the corresponding execution device is started (otherwise, the device operation is stopped), and the information can be recorded, stored, and printed. The monitoring center backbone network adopts a star network topology structure, and the network adopts a client/server mode, which is composed of a server, a monitoring workstation, and a management workstation. The construction of the monitoring center station is very simple, and it is easy to implement the monitoring network with only one server, one monitoring software and one OPC interface. The communication network adopts the field bus to transmit data on two lines, which saves wiring, makes connection and debugging more convenient, communication data is isolated from each other, and the system runs more reliably. The system composition is shown in Figure 1.
--- System software can display the temperature and humidity, smoke, fire status and personnel entry in each room in real time. The data can be stored and retrieved. The limit value and the alarm point are set, and the real-time value is compared with the set upper and lower limits. The air conditioner and the dehumidifier are activated according to the temperature and humidity. When a fire occurs or a thief enters, a telephone call is initiated to notify the duty person. The air conditioner is divided into winter and summer, and the heating and cooling system is activated by relay switching.

Monitoring software
--- --- The system adopts MCGS full Chinese industrial control configuration software, adopts ODBC interface, can be connected with SQL Server, Oracle, Access and other databases; powerful network function, supports TCP/IP, MODEM, RS-485/422/ 232 and other engineering network data transmission solutions; with perfect security protection mechanism, providing password protection, deadline identification, operation authority and other security protection methods; with rich configuration surface, providing images, curves, report statistics, animation display A variety of output interfaces. When the system performs data acquisition and operation, the parameters of the upper and lower limits can be set. After the parameter setting is completed, it is executed according to the newly set parameters. The collected data is automatically saved in chronological order to form reports and curves, timed printing or free printout. The man-machine interface is shown in Figure 2.

Conclusion

The monitoring system is a secure and confidential network system with information sharing and data analysis and processing functions, which can greatly improve the level of measurement and control and information management, expand the sharing scope and use efficiency of archives information, and allow the competent authorities to remotely access archives information through the Internet. . The monitoring system can collect, detect and extract in real time, set the recording period, and perform historical curve viewing and report printing on the recorded data. You can grasp the changes of various physical quantities at any time, analyze the changing rules, judge the processing in time, and automatically control in real time. The system is stable, reliable, economical and practical, and has good function expansion functions. It can be widely used in science and safety management archives.
