First, the use of vibrating screen machine
1. Check if the attached safety splint is removed before starting.
2. Check that all locking parts are firm:
A. Check if the screen surface on the sieve is tight.
B. Check that the rubber mat is connected to the screen body and the frame.
C. Check the connection between the vibration motor and the sieve body.
3. Check the vibration motor:
A, check the power supply voltage
B. Check the interlock control device of the vibration motor.
C. Remove the end cover of the motor, check that the relative phase angle of the fan block is consistent, and tighten the fastening screws of the fan block.
D. The angle of installation of the two motors should be consistent.
4, feeding device
A. Tighten the shutter.
B. Check whether the hose connections of the inlet and outlet are sealed, and do not overtighten, otherwise it will be broken when the sieve body moves.
5, no-load test
A. When testing the vehicle, there must be no collision or abnormal sound between the screen body and the frame.
B. Check the amplitude. When the sieve body is reciprocating linear motion, there must be no abnormal phenomena such as distortion.
C. After running for 10-15 minutes, tighten the bolts of the drive mechanism with the wrench.
Second, the maintenance and maintenance of the vibrating screen machine
1. Although the vibrating screen machine does not need lubricating oil, it still needs to be overhauled once a year, replace the lining plate, and trim the two screen surfaces. The vibration motor should be removed and checked, and the motor bearings should be replaced with oil. If the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced.
2. The sieve should be taken out frequently. Check whether the sieve surface is damaged or uneven, and whether the sieve hole is blocked or not.
3. It is recommended to make a support frame to hang the spare screen surface.
4. Check the seals frequently and find that they are worn out or defective.
5. Check the sieve pressing device every shift. If it is loose, it should be pressed tightly.
6. Check the connection of the feeding box loosely every shift. If the gap becomes large, causing collision, the equipment will be broken.
7. Check the sieve support device for each shift to observe whether the hollow rubber mat has obvious deformation or degumming. When the rubber mat is broken or transitional flattened, two hollow rubber mats should be replaced at the same time.
