The first work of the Secretary General of the China Machine Tool Industry Association in 2013 was held in Beijing on March 25, 2013. The Secretary-General from 25 national chapters and 6 professional committees attended the meeting in full, Yu Chengting Honorary Chairman, Yan Liangzhi Executive Vice Chairman, Chen Huiren, Mao Yufeng, Li Jingming, Deputy Secretary General and other leaders of the General Assembly, and related departments of the General Assembly The staff attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Yan Liangzhi.
First of all, Deputy Secretary-General Mao Yufeng will do the work report of the branch. The report summarizes the work of the club in 2012, and arranged nine key tasks of the association in 2013. I hope that the club will fully cooperate and support. And once again stressed that the club should continue to strengthen its own construction, provide services for members, and promote the development of the industry.
Deputy Director Li Lei of the Marketing Department introduced the current economic operation of the industry and elaborated on the industry situation, future trends and judgments that everyone care about. Deputy Director Guo Changcheng of the Ministry of Industry gave a briefing on the review of the “Advanced Member (Top Ten) Assessment Management Measures†in the new year. The new revised assessment principles, assessment conditions, selection criteria and assessment methods were highlighted. The above contents have been greatly adjusted. The biggest innovation is the addition of on-site investigation and verification. Deputy Director Li Jiyun of the Ministry of Industry gave a phased briefing on the progress of the soft subject project of “Nuclear Machine Tool Industry Upgrade and Development Trend Research†in the National Science and Technology Major Project undertaken by the Association, and briefly introduced the corresponding work undertaken by some clubs. Director Jiang Jianming of the Finance Department made a statement on "further strengthening the financial system of the club", detailed the relevant contents of financial management and accounting, and provided a great guidance and help to the financial work of the club to a certain extent.
During the conference exchange period, the Secretary-General of the chapters held a lively discussion on relevant topics. The establishment of the theme is a major improvement of the Secretary-General’s working meeting. Everyone spoke enthusiastically and was very insightful. Just as Deputy Secretary-General Chen Huiren summed up the three characteristics of this meeting at the conclusion of the conference: quite a few people’s speeches are quality, frank, and not round; the suggestions for the questions are very targeted and sharp; the speeches are combined with their respective chapters.
