Method for preparing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer in farmhouse

NPK is an indispensable factor in crop growth. How do farmers prepare NPK fertilizers? The preparation method is described below:
First, the proportion of the active ingredients of various fertilizers should be mastered and then formulated. According to the standard of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the imported compound fertilizer, it is 15:15:15, that is, 15% of nitrogen, 15% of phosphorus and 15% of potassium. When formulating NPK fertilizer, we can also follow the formula of this ratio. For example, imported urea contains 46% nitrogen, potassium fertilizer contains 50% potassium oxide, domestically produced ammonium bicarbonate contains 17% nitrogen, and superphosphate contains phosphorus pentoxide (16%-18%). This content is formulated. For example, if 76.25 kg of compound fertilizer is prepared, 16.25 kg of imported urea and 45 kg of ammonium bicarbonate or 45 kg of superphosphate should be added, and 15 kg of imported potassium fertilizer should be added. The three kinds of fertilizers are crushed and mixed to a total of 76.25 kg.
According to the above formula, the urea is 16.25 kg, the phosphate fertilizer is 45 kg, and the potassium fertilizer is 15 kg, which is 76.25 kg, which is equivalent to the standard NPK content of 50 kg of imported compound fertilizer, and the NPK composite with the import standard of 15:15:15. fat. When compound fertilizer is formulated, it can be appropriately adjusted according to various components required for each growth period of the crop. For example, rice needs more potassium in the middle stage. In the early stage, nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer can be appropriately increased. Potash fertilizer should be reduced as appropriate, and the medium term should be increased. The growth of bananas requires the most urgent potassium fertilizer, followed by nitrogen fertilizer, and the amount of phosphate fertilizer is less. In the formula, the amount of potassium fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer can be appropriately increased to reduce the phosphate fertilizer. However, it must be pointed out that in the preparation of chlorine-free crops such as sweet potato, sugar cane, tobacco, etc., it should be avoided to add potassium chloride, and other potassium fertilizers such as potassium sulfate can be used instead. Before formulating the compound fertilizer, it is best to compost the phosphate fertilizer and the livestock manure, and then prepare it. If it is formulated with phosphate fertilizer that has not been piled up, it should be applied with the formulation, otherwise it will stick into a mass and it is difficult to apply. If the phosphate fertilizer is too wet, it should be mixed with an appropriate amount of dry fine sand to be pulverized and then prepared for easy application.
