2. Repair of the drive shaft and bushing of diesel gear oil pump after wear

Due to the weight of the driving gear of the oil pump and the radial thrust generated when the driven gear meshes, it is easy to cause the shaft and the bushing hole to be eccentric, and the gap is increased. Therefore, during operation, the gear pump will leak due to the increase of the clearance, and the oil supply will be reduced.

Moreover, since the oil discharge chamber is higher than the pressure in the oil inlet chamber, under the pressure difference, the tooth tip contacts more with the oil inlet chamber of the pump casing, so the inner cavity of the pump casing wears more here, so that the inner cavity and the tooth The top gap increases. As a result, the pressure difference between the oil inlet and outlet of the oil pump is reduced, so that the oil scraping and oil pressure are reduced, and the oil supply pressure is lowered, and the pump oil quantity is reduced.
