Japan Developed Aluminum IT Double-Layered Flooring Japan Light Metal Co., Ltd. and four other related companies jointly developed the “Aluminum Two-Layered Flooring for IT Equipment Storage Rooms†for the Internet Data Center Machine Room and the Telephone Communications Machinery Room. This kind of double-deck flooring has historically been made of steel, and it is the first time that aluminum has been used in Japan. The weight of the aluminum floor is half that of the original, and the duration is significantly reduced, which helps to reduce costs. This aluminum double floor can continue to ensure the shock resistance and so on. Because of its lightweight, it is easy to carry and lift at the site, and a new working method is set for the installation platform. Aluminum materials have the following advantages: excellent corrosion resistance; anti-static and electric shock; easy to recycle and reuse. Therefore, it is converted from steel to aluminum. It is aiming at expanding sales to private companies such as NTT Communications Equipment Corporation and other communication companies and broadcasters.
