Taiwanese companies become the largest hardware supplier in Ningbo Chi Mei

Recently, the relevant person in charge of the management department of Ningbo Jiazhang Electronic Hardware Co., Ltd. told reporters happily that in the first three quarters of this year, the import and export volume of Jiazhang Company had reached USD 85, 914,400, which exceeded the level of the company last year. Jiazhang Company has become the largest supplier of electronic hardware accessories to Ningbo Qimei, and is striving to become the best supplier for Ningbo Chimei.

Jiazhang Co., Ltd. is one of Taiwan's largest manufacturers of home appliance hardware parts. Ningbo Jiazhang Company was established in Ningbo Development Zone in February 2006 with a total investment of US$18 million. It mainly researches and develops precision hardware for electronic products such as computers and mobile phones as well as precision molds and mold standard parts.

After Ningbo Jiazhang Company started trial production in June 2006, it increased from 5 production lines to 14 production lines by the end of 2007, and reached 19 production lines by June 2008. At present, the production line has been expanded to 20.

With the strong support of the Taiwan headquarters, Jiazhang has introduced a large number of world-class production and R&D equipment from Germany, Japan, Taiwan and other countries and regions, and researched and developed new series of products around Ningbo Chimei's production needs. The scale of investment has also continued to expand. In January last year, it moved into a new plant and closely coordinated with Ningbo Chi Mei. In the first half of this year, the maximum output reached 6 million pieces, which was the highest record since the company settled in Ningbo.

The rapid development of Jiazhang Company is inseparable from the full support of Ningbo Customs Development Zone Office. Since September 2009, the customs has implemented a type A corporate management system for Jiachang Company and has established a green channel. Relevant person in charge of the company told the reporter that due to Ningbo Chimei's production needs, Jiachang’s wide range of bonded materials, coupled with the frequent changes in the orders of Jiachang Company, caused the situation of Jiachang Company's customs manual to change from time to time, not only because of violations. The creation of additional taxes will also face the risk of being punished by the customs, and it will also affect the provision of high-quality support services for Ningbo Qimei. According to the actual situation of Jiazhang Company, the Ningbo Customs Development Zone Office helped it obtain the qualification for the change of the single loss before the manual report. In this way, the company can not only save a lot of manpower and material resources, but also better meet the needs of production and timely delivery to Chi Mei and other customers.
