At the same time, in the large-scale power station construction in the terminal market, the land area can be saved by more than 20%, which is the mainstream development trend of the current photovoltaic industry. . However, in the drawing process, there are problems that are difficult to overcome such as excessive temperature ladder and complicated solute transport. In order to successfully produce a standard 8-inch single crystal silicon rod, Yichang CSG has technically reformed the existing thermal field through technological innovation and research, and designed a process plan that meets the 8-inch single crystal rod growth environment. And the technical parameters are tracked in detail, and the thermal field is continuously adjusted and designed. After optimization and transformation of several processes such as furnace loading, leak detection, chemical conversion, seeding, equal diameter, and closing, the success of the 96-hour stabilization of the man-machine is finally achieved.
With the mass production of 8-inch monocrystalline silicon wafers, Yichang CSG's new 40MW wafer project has also been fully put into production. Up to now, Yichang CSG wafer production capacity has reached 100MW.
