The raceway noise of the bearing; the raceway sound is due to the rolling of the rolling body in the raceway when the bearing rotates, and the sound is declared to be a smooth and continuous noise; only when its sound pressure level or cavity is extremely large, it leads everyone to pay attention.

The source of the raceway sound is caused by the natural oscillation of the ferrule after the load. Because the elastic touch of the ferrule and the roll body constitutes a nonlinear oscillating system. When the smoothness or the machining accuracy is not high, the elastic characteristic is aroused. Related natural oscillations; become into the air and become noise.
Although the raceway noise of the bearing is unavoidable, it can adopt the high-precision machining parts to work externally; correctly select the bearing and accurately use the bearing to reduce noise and vibration.
