Electric lock problem solution

1. Open-type anode lock (SL-100 series) body hot?
Since the power-off type electric lock is normally in the power transmission state and is powered off only when the door is opened, heat generation is a normal phenomenon, and the anode lock operating temperature is about 50[deg.] C., so it is normal near this temperature.
2. After the anode lock is installed, there is no action?
Please check if the power supply is normal (DC12V is required and current is more than 1A).
Please check the direction of the door leaf is correct.
Please check if the anode lock and card reader contact (NO or NC) is correct.
3. Tap and swipe the card to cause the anode lock to open the door?
Please check if all contacts are loose.
Since the company's anode lock has a microcomputer to perform control actions, unlike many commercially available anode locks, if there is no problem with the previous check, this problem is caused by the momentary jump of the NC contact of the credit card machine. Microcomputer misjudging to open the door, correct connection should be connected to the NO point control, please install according to the wiring method of the first page of the anode lock manual of this company to solve this problem, or change the relay to NO point control.
4. After the magnetic lock is installed, it is found that the tension is insufficient?
Please check if the power supply in the magnetic lock is correct (12V or 24V).
Please check if the specifications of the power supply meet the requirements (12V/2A) or more.
When installing the magnetic lock, please pay special attention to the mounting method of the adsorption plate in the manual. If the adsorption plate is too tight to be shaken slightly, the adsorption plate cannot be tightly adsorbed to the magnetic lock body and it will cause insufficient tension.
