Although the enterprise has successfully implemented some application systems and significantly improved the efficiency of enterprise resources in the supply, production, sales, and cost, there is still a need for a design data management control platform and integration of various application systems in information construction. The data formed by various departments of the enterprise can be shared, the design and management of business processes can be optimized, and effective control can be implemented to improve work efficiency.

2. Determination of the project

Since the design data resource management of Qinghai Measuring Blade is managed and maintained by hand, it is not convenient for query and utilization, which hinders the sharing and collaborative work of enterprise design resources. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a unified enterprise information management platform and establish a unified Product database, complete technical document management system, so that product data is in effective and orderly management, providing relevant personnel with convenient tools for querying, browsing, borrowing and exporting reports, and for subsequent process, production, supply, quality control , finance, sales and other departments provide accurate, consistent and complete product technical data.

To this end, in April 2008, under the direct leadership of the Science and Technology Department of Qinghai Province, the Qinghai Provincial Productivity Promotion Center organized relevant domestic well-known information technology service software suppliers to conduct a detailed analysis and research on the status quo of Qinghai's blade management, according to the enterprise. 3. The main problems faced by enterprises

(1) The design data management of the enterprise is managed and maintained by hand. The files to be archived are copied and stored by the designer on the ERP database server. The data is organized and stored in the form of folders, which is not convenient for query and use, and is not conducive to electronic image files. The need for practical work such as query, summary, and change hinders the sharing and collaborative work of enterprise design resources.

(3) Although the drawing application conforms to the standard and is suitable for the actual application of the enterprise, it is not standardized and cannot meet the requirements of data integration.

(4) Frequent product design changes are likely to cause inconsistencies between electronic drawings and paper media drawings, which is not conducive to the management of the drawing version, and cannot guarantee the accuracy, consistency, validity and traceability of the data.

4. Step by step implementation of goals and plans

In order to ensure the real-time, traceability and relevance of enterprise data, the uniqueness and integrity of data in each link are guaranteed, and the data is collected in one place, shared globally, reducing duplication of effort, improving efficiency, avoiding errors, and clear-cut customer needs. , Axter company to build a unified enterprise information management platform for enterprises, through scientific information management, improve design efficiency.

Based on the objectives identified above, a step-by-step implementation plan has been developed as follows:
